Terms of use

This site is run by Space Coast Aquarium Society for its members and guests. It is used to manage memberships, renewals, club events and award programs. The club's main website is spacecoastas.org, and these terms cover both.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and your contact information current. Accounts are for the member they belong to. Officer access is granted by club officers and can be changed or removed at any time.

Membership runs for the dated term recorded on your record. Fees, term lengths and the renewal date are set by the club. A renewal is complete once a club officer has confirmed the payment.

Event registrations, table reservations and required forms are subject to the rules and cancellation policy published for each event. Held tables are released if a registration is not completed in time.

Amounts shown are in US dollars. Payments made outside the site are marked as reported until a club officer verifies them. Refunds follow the policy published for the membership or event concerned. The club does not store full card numbers or bank sign-in details.

Club emails and text messages are sent only to people who have asked for them. See the messaging terms and privacy policy.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to access other members' information, no disruption of the service, and no using club contact information for your own marketing.

Photos, logs and notes you submit for award programs or events stay yours. By submitting them you allow the club to use them for judging, club records and club publications such as the newsletter.

The site is provided as-is by volunteers. We aim to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
